      nope last repot was about 2 months ago and it was just my regular posting soil

    these look to be "mica caps" or Coprinellus micaceus (? not an expert by far lol) not harmful at all, this kind specifically really likes decaying wood and bark. they're not toxic at this stage of the life cycle and can be eaten when cooked but pls don't trust my id LOL
