Is this normal? My monstera new leaf is looking a little discolored i have no idea what could it be or if its normal is the first time it happens Could it be to much light? Its under a grow light for 8+ hours everyday

    Usually new leaves are a lighter green color🙂 here’s mine that just unfurled
