Currently have her in an 8 inch pot for the last year. Thinking of moving her up to a 10 inch pot but worried this will slow the leaf growing. Any thoughts?

    Repot if the roots are overcrowded and add a support for it to climb (stake, trellis, etc)

    I wouldn't repot unless it's severely rootbound. In my experience monsteras like to be a little squished

    if there are more roots than soil, then you should def repot, but these guys like to be a little snug in their homes, so theres no rush. i dont see a ton of roots through the clear pot (but maybe thats just the camera), so it seems like you can wait a bit before repotting 🌱

    Moss pole or get a trellis and tie this up . It will look nicer standing up .
