When I first bought my monstera, this leaf had physical damage. Otherwise it’s perfectly healthy and hasn’t been given me any problem. Now the plant is maturing nicely, and putting out new, fenestrated leaves, I’m thinking about chopping this one so a new, healthier one can grow in its place. Does this sound like a good idea? Will it promote new growth? Any tips on how to prune it? Or should I leave as is?
