Have you chopped your monstera? How does the mother plant look now? I have this slow growing monstera who went from a fenestrated leafs too none, would chopping it make a difference?

TduffI’m bad, I chop off any smaller leaves anytime I see them, the lower leaves that are covered and don’t get much light and the non fenestrated. Since doing so momma has given me 3 new big gorgeous fenestrated leaves in the last two weeks!

Make sure when you chop you chop all the way down as far as you can and don’t leave any stem because when you do leave the stem it takes away energy from the plant producing new leaves. I give my plants haircuts all the time though and they all do very well! I only have one plant that I struggle with, and it was supposed to be super easy! It’s a pink lady, Chinese Evergreen, I cannot get that thing to grow to save my life!
