One of Monty’s big leaves has had this brown for a good while now, but all the new shoots for the plant and green and healthy..did something happen to this leaf that shocked it? Should I remove the leaf? If so should I cut just the leaf head or the entire stem?

    it isn't actively dying anymore, so it can stay. you can cut off the crispy bits of the leaf.

    i agree, just cut off the crispy bits and keep the green parts! they can still supply energy to the plant; especially if the brown is no longer spreading :)
