My monstera hasn’t put out a new leaf since last fall. How do you get your monsteras out of dormant mode? If anything it has lost a few of the baby leaves. It’s currently next to a southern window so it would be getting plenty of spring light and afternoon warmth.

How do the roots look? I had to upsize my monstera because it was so root bound and it started sprouting leaves soon after. I also use fertilizer at least every other time I water

Chop the dying leaf and see if that refocuses energy. I would also check the roots. My monstera is a fast grower
1 me gustaHas it been in this window for awhile? From the pic, it looks a little light in color. I can’t imagine it would need more light than its current location though, so it would only make sense if it had been somewhere darker.

Im thinking you might need a repot and add fertilizer!! That should give her a boost
