My Thai constellation grew a new leaf about two weeks ago. It’s grown in really wonky (I hadn’t staked the monstera yet and it grew really twisted) and then one of my dang cats got to it when they were upset their dinner was late one day. I’m devastated and, honestly, really upset about this. They previously chewed up a beautifully variegated leaf which was nearly all white before this. I cut it off as it snapped in half at the stem due to the abuse. Should I cut off the whole leaf of this new one, let it be, or cut a portion of it. I’m so sad about it. ☹️

Oof. Cats!!! 😫 personally, I'd leave it. Character. And it is still working for the plant.

I agree with the first comment, keep the leaf unless it shows it’s really struggling (turning brown and shriveling up). It’s basically a plant scar now but it will live and continue feeding the rest of the plant.
