My mum broke a stem of my monster, but it’s still a little connected :( is there anyway to save it or do I need to chop it. Trying to avoid it, my plant only has 2 leaves at this moment so if I have to cut it I’ll only have one and very little hope of it surviving :(
From the photo it appears that’s the xylem and phloem tracts are not broken or bent too badly in the part that’s still connected. So what id say is just leave it and if the leaf starts to yellow and shrivel, cut it off. It’s no biggie if it’s not the newest leaf!

1 like Yeah! Id probably secure the bit that’s peeling off the stem back on to itself and perhaps a pole/bamboo stick to keep weight off the leaf?
