I found this on the ground a couple hours ago, do you guys think I can save it? Got any tips?

    Yes! I would trim off all of those roots and put it in water.

      Should I just leave the leafs as is? I don’t know if there dead or just floppy from not being watered

      Yeah I would leave them on. Just give them a rinse in case of any pests. They might become less floppy once the plant gets hydrated
