A bit of fertiliser and a brighter spot, if you have one. Keep in mind if you just got it or repotted it in the past few months, it’s probably still adjusting.

What do you feed her with ? Mines turning yellow on the leaf part that’s connected to the stem

I like Elm Dirt plant Juice… monsteras like humidity also…. Good chunky soil mix: Ingredient % of Mix Purpose High-quality potting soil 30% Nutrient base and moisture retention Orchid bark (fir or pine) 25% Chunky structure and root aeration Perlite (large preferred) 20% Drainage and oxygenation Coco coir (chunk + fine) 15% Gentle moisture retention and organic texture Biochar or horticultural charcoal 5–10% Detoxifies soil and supports root health Worm castings 5% Natural fertilizer and microbial boost

To answer your question though, I’ve just started growing a thai con myself. I’ve been told they can be slow growers, big feeders (give them lots of fertilizer! Personally I use Osmocote slow release granules), and need high light like right up against a window or under strong grow light
