    Looks like a bacterial infection. I don’t think it can be treated?

      Idk. Since it’s not treatable, I might cut off the leaves that have it but idk if that’s the best option. Google bacterial infections on plants to confirm if I’m correct and use your best judgement

    Can we get a little more information about the plant? Like when do you water it? How much light does it get? When was it last watered/fertilizer?

    Regardless - my two cents. I’d do a plant overhaul. Check the whole plant; roots, soil, stems, leaves. Cut off any black/mushy roots, any stems that have contaminated leaves on them and then change some environmental things if you can. Monstera love humidity but so do bacteria and mold. Unsure what soils she’s in but make sure it’s a fast draining chunky soil and not in a huge pot, just big enough for the root ball, then about two inches more. They like to be a little snug and helps reduce the potential of overwatering. Make sure she’s in a window that get plenty of light or under a grow light. Let her dry out mostly before watering her. What I find as helpful is a clear nursery pot for all my plants. That way I can SEE the soil and the roots too! Oh! Another things, when you are cleaning her (with the roots to leafs inspection) I would put some cinnamon on the roots - protects against mold/fungal growth and use a plant safe disinfectant. I use Paige’s homemade “Sexy Plant Juice Spray”. Super easy! I’ll attach the recipe. Can also use hydrogen peroxide on the roots too and on whatever shears/scissor you are using to disinfect them!! But I prefer the plant juice I figure it’s worth a try to save her!

      The picture cut it off off but the recipe for the sexy plant juice spray is -2 cups of water -2 tbsp neem oil -1 tbsp peppermint castile soap -1 tsp isopropyl alcohol
