This looks like thrips. They are unfortunately a very common nuisance as a plant parent, especially with tropicals like Monsteras. The black dots are sometimes the poop of the thrips and the white is their larva. Then the adults fly around and quickly spread to other plants. They suck out the sap and nutrients of the plants, turning leaves yellow and then black.I suggest first isolating affected plants and then showering/hosing them down. Then clean very well with insecticidal soap and spray in all petioles and crevices. You will need to repeat this weekly for several months because you need to treat several life cycles of thrips. If you don't mind inorganic pesticides, then I suggest adding Bonide Systemic Houseplant Insect control. I also like their Insecticidal soap. Also using sticky traps helps with thrips, and other flying bugs like gnats. Good luck - I had a thrip infestation on several of my rare plants in my 100 plant collection. It was devastating and frustrating but I didn't lose a single plant with this method thankfully! Monsteras are very hearty and it'll be ok! 💚
