Is her new leaf going to be smaller and shorter or will it grow to be the size of the first picture?

    It’s possible it will be smaller but once they unfurl they will continue to grow bigger until they harden off. I would move that piece of vecro you have wrapped around the stem right where the leaf is coming up. It might be constricting it.
