Hey everyone ! This is my baby Monstera ( she decent size but the baby of my 2 lol) I got her on the 11th and she had this leaf peeping out . I notice a drastic stop in her growth and she been stuck on this stage. Any advice? During this time I did have to bring her inside due to the cold which she did get a little damage on different leaf . Besides that she is good and healthy (from my knowledge lol)
Probably just a bit slower growth due to season.

When their environments is changed suddenly they will pause or stall their growth until they are receiving the right environment again. Make sure your providing warmth and lighting. Pull back from cold drafts windows and add a grow light to supplement while she is inside. I use the Sanasi 36 W grow light bulb for my monstera and keep it about 18in away from the plant going for 12 hours a day. During winter growth will stall unless you provide the right type of environment they like.
