This new lead my monstera is pushing out has brown spots on it. It also pushed out another leaf with no brown spots- I recently moved my monstera from monstera from my covered patio to back inside my room. I live in Texas so we have a lot of humidity. Could the brown areas be an indication that it needs more humidity?

Actually, I think if new growth gets water down in the leaf before it’s unfurled, it can sometimes cause rotting or spots. I’d say give it a little more time and see how the next set of growth is looking by before you make big changes, since the other leaf was fine. One leaf with a brown spot isn’t a big indicator that the whole plant is having issues, so you may be fine!
