Beginner plant mama needing some help! Found this beauty at Home Depot tucked away with one leaf in rough condition. I decided it was my responsibility to take her home and see if I can’t get her to flourish. I am needing all the tip and tricks on Thai Constellation Monsteras and how to get the one leaf back on track!!
You can’t really fix torn or damaged leaves. You can cut it off for esthetic purposes if you think it’s ugly, but what remains still looks green and healthy so I would leave it for now. As for Thai Con tips/tricks: 1. They thoroughly enjoy bright indirect light and can tolerate a little direct sunlight during the day. 2. They can be prone to overwatering and root rot, so a soil mix that’s chunky and well draining is recommended (I use a mix of indoor potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark). 3. Water when roughly the top 1/3 of the soil is dry. The app’s watering schedule can sometimes be too frequent or not frequent enough, so I use a plastic chopstick, stick it down into the soil as far as it will go, and pull it back out. If has soil sticking to it it’s still wet, if it’s clean it means the soil’s dry.

I saw some at my Home Depot too! The weren't in the best shape so I'm hoping they get another batch in soon. As for yours, I would repot and completely change out the soil to check the roots and repot into a chunky soil mix. You can get a pre-made one off Amazon like Grow Queen or Molly's
