Are these new shoots? It’s my first time with monstera and I posted on here previously about another issue and I fixed that but do I have to cut my leaves at all and if so where do I cut?

yes that is a new leaf budding in the first picture!
1 likeAhhhh I’m so excited okay so the ones that have more of a rough spot like they’re dyeing in that one spot. Should I cut those down and where would I cut?
1 likeYou can cut or it will fall off. I would cut, you cut at the base of the leaf
0 likesthe one with the brown spot looks like some kind of infection I would cut that whole leaf off right above the node and the other ones look like mechanical damage or pest damage double check for pest if not it could just be mechanical from the leaf unraveling and it should be fine to keep unless you just don’t like the way it looks I would wait to cut those considering you don’t have that many leaves and cutting off that much damage could hurt the plant more
1 likestill a newbie so maybe an extra opinion wouldn’t hurt as well
1 likeThank you! ☺️ you’re awesome !
1 likeI wouldn't cut anything off unless it just keeps dying.
1 likeThank you! I had a small mold problem and replaced everything and checked the roots so that looked fine and now it seems to be sprouting new shoots which is awesome 👏 Thank you so much! 😊
