I am new to Monsteras and have a large Thai constellation. Could it be exhibiting rotting and discolored leaves from being root bound?? I don’t see any rotten roots and it doesn’t have pests. I thought it might be overwatered, but it actually doesn’t seem too bad when I pulled it out of the pot. It does have a beautiful new leaf too! Please help!

If the yellow leaf is the oldest then that’s normal, also white variegation cannot photosynthesise so it will eventually turn brown and die, I don’t think there’s anything to worry about here :)

Can you chop the bad leaves, then give it more time before making more changes? Is it getting enough light?

I could! It should be getting enough light as it is in a corner, but between two south facing windows and it can see blue sky out the one.
