Does anyone know if this has to do with misting ? Iāve had 3 new leaves come in since Iāve started misting and theyāre brown and sort of limpy ? Any advice on how to care for this gorgeous monster is appreciated! š other than this sheās growing great !

0 gillningarI choose not to mist my plants because after doing a bit of research, I learned that it doesnāt actually have many benefits. It doesnāt raise humidity, it can cause rot in some plants, and it can cause fungal infections. However, if this is on the new leaves, I donāt think it was caused by the misting.

If I mist my monstera when sheās growing a new leaf, the leaf always comes out like this. I donāt mist now, but clean the leaves instead.

1 gillaI donāt mist and I am also growing a leaf like this. I thought it was a stem, but it started to fall over and looked like it was unraveling so I tied it to a post so it would grow upright. But if itās just a leaf should I just let it do its thing?
Does it have any brown spotting Iām not seeing in the photo ? It looks like a new leaf ! I had a tall leaf and stem come out of another.
