Hi, looking for tips for my monstera. I got her about a year and a half ago and she’s growing so fast I’m assuming she needs a bigger pot? If this is the case should I wait until the spring to re pot? My kitten tipped her over the other day and she lost some dirt, not sure if that changes things or not. Also not sure what to do about the droopy leaves. Any tips would be helpful, thanks!!!

Your monstera is light starved. You can tell by how legging it’s getting and how is reeeeeeaaaaacchhing for more light. I’d recommend looking into getting some additional or strong full spectrum lights for starters.

I agree with Yin. You can also tell it's starved for light because of the yellowing in the center of the stems. I personally would repot it in the spring with a very airy mix and a pole for it to be tied to until it gets enough strength and roots to climb itself. They are heavy feeders too, so adding in some good fertilizer in the soil will only help for a month or so. Then I'd switch to a low dose for every water, I usually flush mine once every 3 waterings with no fertilizer.
