Just bought a brand new monstera from Lowe’s This is my first big plant! Should I repot this guy or leave him be?
After 2 weeks I’d repot. It looks like 3 plants in one pot. You could also just watch it and wait til spring.

i would repot immediately. i see lots of exposed roots at the top and the soil media looks very dense, like greenhouse soil. i’d recommend getting a wooden plank or trellis as support. you may need a bigger pot as well. since monstera have a “face” where the leaves grow and a “back” where the aerial roots grow, i’d recommend detangling the roots and rearranging the stems so their backs are against the support. if you’d like to keep it crawling there’s no need for any of that but most people prefer them climbing. whatever you choose, be sure your new soil is very well draining, i use 1 part fir bark chips to 1 part perlite to 1 part potting soil. monstera are prone to root rot so i always let the soil dry out completely between waterings as well.
