   Aerial roots. Redirect them into the potting medium if possible. They will grow soil roots and provide extra support for the plant.

   aerial roots! your monstera is looking for support. redirect them into the pot if possible or trim them off if you can’t—they’ll grow right back. don’t put the aerial roots in water, they can rot very easily. i’d suggest repotting, rearranging the stems, and attaching the back of the plant to a support once the weather starts to warm up.
