   Anything is possible. Plants can get burned under grow lights depending on how close they are and how strong the grow light is. How sensitive the plant is to light. These leaves look pretty hardy though. What kind of plant is it and how close was it to the grow light. Was it touching the light? And why did it burn that leaf and not the other two above it?

   Are maybe if there was something on the leaf that wasn’t wiped off like neem oil
