Pretty new to the monstera game, but one of my plants leaves looks like this. Not sure what’s happening, can anyone help? It’s only this one that looks that bad.

    Make sure you keep the watering schedule regular but if there aren’t any other leaves effected you shouldn’t worry too much. But watch it to keep on track of its health for a while

    Check for thrips.

    I’d recommend chopping it off and doing a little pest prevention/ treatment
