Any recommendations on potting this giant baby or what I can do to make it stand better?

Monsteras love climbing so you could definitely give it something like a trellis to tie it to and support its upward growth!

Agree! Trellis or a moss pole would work!

A moss pole is great so you can spray or water it and offer moisture. My recommendations for potting are buying aroid mix (no soil) and having someone help you with the process so you can move it and clean off the roots and such in between a little easier
