How do I get rid of this white fuzz? I googled it and some posts said to use rubbing alcohol to wipe it off, some said vinegar and some said to cut the whole leaf off. What is the best route for this plant? Should I isolate it as well?

Those are mealy bugs. Rubbing alcohol will work it kill individual bugs, but your plant has a decent sized infestation. I know it sounds kind of extreme, but this is what I would do: unpot the plant and knock off as much dirt from the roots as you can. Then get a bucket, large basin, or stopped up sink and fill it with approximately room temp water. Mix in a little squeeze of gentle dish soap like Dawn or castile soap. Soak the whole plant under the water for at least 30 minutes. In the mean time, throw out the old soil and clean the pot. You can also go in with the plant and rub off visible clumps of mealies if you see them. Once the time is up, drain the water and rinse the plant. Pot it back up with fresh soil. Monitor this plant any any others near by for a while to look for signs the mealy bugs have spread. I hope this helps!

I second this! Though if you use castile soap you won’t need to rinse it off. Also if you’d like a secondary way of treatment you can make a neem oil spray by mixing warm water, dish soap and neem oil in a spray bottle. You can either spray and leave it on your plants (though I don’t recommend leaving any water on plants with variegation because it can cause browning on some) or you can spray and wipe it off but don’t forget to spray the stems. I’ve used this with great success against mealy bugs! I do also recommend quarantining your plant, though with an infestation like this it’s likely that they have spread.
