How often are you watering it? Does it need a new pot? Or have root rot from too much water? Have you fertilized it recently? If it’s in the same pot you bought it in you might want to put it in fresh soil. Soil gets old. Mine is currently in indoor potting mix with extra perlite for aeration in the soil. There is a few orchid bark in it. My other monstera Thai and Albo are in aroid soil I found on Amazon. Fertilizer as well. If it doesn’t have the nutrients it needs to grow it won’t. Light. They love bright light. The more the better.

hiya thanks for the reply. I water it when the soil is dry cause I read that the plant likes to dry out. Do u have any specific fertiliser in mind that may help it or can it be any? And yes it’s still in the same pot so I will add some fresh soil. Thanks for the help!

I just switched to arber brand liquid fertilizer. I was using Schultz and miracle gro. I would say any. Also when I repot I put some pellet fertilizer in the soil. Liquid once a month. Twice in growing season. If you are repotting repot in a size up see if that helps. Especially if it is rootbound.

What type of plant is it?

When you cut the dead leaves off, you can go right to the bottom of the stem! That way the plant isn’t using energy to keep the leafless stalk alive!
