Any ideas on why my Monsteras are not growing upwards? These are two separate pots, one with a coir support pole and the other with a moss pole.

Looks like they are reaching in the direction the light comes from. I’ve heard that rotating your plants every few weeks should fix or prevent this.

You may need to cut some roots, and add the sticks for them to help them grow upwards, my monstera is also doing that because I left it on the side for a little while which I feel so bad about and can’t no longer stand to see it like that so today I’m planning to buy a bigger pot for her, trim it a bit and put some of those sticks, you could also buy Velcro “one wrap garden ties” they have them at Home Depot and maybe Walmart? And Amazon. But I recommend buying at store since delivering can be expensive for such an inexpensive item. The Velcro wrap costs $3-$5
