Recently I am seeing browning of new leaves from the mid section of my monstera plant. Can you help me with how can I restore it?

i had the exact same thing happen to 2 of mine recently 😢 saddest thing ever. Planta people told me I needed to fertilize, and I also think I went too long without watering.
