It was so difficult to take a picture ahaha but any ideas what that lil green nib is right at the base?? by where the soil is?? i’ve not noticed it before and am just wondering 🥰

    It looks like a new growth point, but I’m not sure if it’s root or leaf. I recently chopped my monstera back and it now has a few of these, so I’m waiting to find out!

    It’s an aerial root! He will grow more and more as he matures. Look it up to learn more. 🌿

    New Growth Spot!! New leaves will come from here. Aerial root would be a different color also growing the opposite direction
