Hi friends! A bit new to the Planta discussion boards and have a question for y’all: I have these two beautiful ladies that I love oh so much. I’m wondering if it’s time to upgrade their pots? And if so, would it be a good time to add a moss log to the bigger monstera? TIA ❤️

Monsteras do well with being a bit root bound, so only up size if they are getting pretty tight. You want your pot 2-3” larger than the root ball. This can be deceiving based on what the plant looks like above the ground. If you do feel its time, then go up 2-3” larger than the root ball. And yes, when you upsize it would be a perfect time to add something for it to climb :)

Pot size is fine. It’s time to upgrade the lighting. The plants are very leggy/etiolated. I’d recommend supplementing with a grow light before worrying about a moss pole.
