Hi! I’m new to monstera plants and this forum. I got my monstera plant 11 months ago and it’s been thriving at my desk at my office building. Lately for the past month it’s not growing. I’m not sure if it got overwatered or the lighting in the office is bad so I brought it back home hoping to revive it. I’ve attached pictures of before and after. Any advice?

Have you fertilized it? Does it get sun? Or is it just light from the office? Root rot? Have you checked the soil? Could it be time for a bigger pot? I found they enjoy sun/ indirect bright light. Regular watering when the top 1in to 1.5 inch of soil is dry. I fertilize mine once a month with the liquid fertilizer. It’s good you have support for it.

I have not fertilized it. I gave it sun a month ago and that’s when it stopped growing. Thank you! I’ll look into root rot and bigger pot.

Monsteras are funny like that. If you move them from a shady area to bright sun, sometimes their leaves burn. Is that what could have happened? They need to be slowly acclimatized to brighter light if they usually live in a shadier area.
