Good morning this happened. Can someone tell me . Is this due too to much water or lack of. It’s been chilly in nyc. I took it away fri My window.

Is it the oldest leaf? I see some new growth and the rest of the plant looks fine so I wouldn’t worry about it

It maybe going through it’s life cycle. And it might be getting enough sun/light anymore. You can cut it once the yellowing gets worse.
