This is my monstera vigoro. She’s doing wonderfully. Added some sand a week or so ago to help with the drainage. Any tips on helping it grow?

My monsters has been much happier with a pebble tray for humidity (as opposed to misting)

Thank you! This is helpful
1 j'aimeShe need a a pole, or a stick. They’re climber plants and supposedly grow better when they have support. Sticks and strings will do the drop if you don’t want a fancy moss pole

That’s quite a large pot for this guy. If he doesn’t do well, id downsize if it were me… their roots like to be somewhat compact, but it’s good that you’re adding something things to help it drain. That will help! My tip is: give him PLENTY of light. Mine thrives in a bright window. And I agree with the pole. They’re a pain to install, but you’ll thank yourself in six months. 😊
