Seeking any and all input on my monstera propagations which I potted about a month or two ago! They came from a monster mama (which has since bitten the dust) and had some seriously thick roots when I transferred them from water to soil. I just moved them about 8 feet from my direct south-facing window to a more indirect light area. Nothing really looks healthy here to my untrained eye, and I’m fighting the urge to scrap it all and just move on…. 🥺

Do you see any pests on the underside of the leaves? Monstera’s are pretty easy to care for so DONR GIVE UP! There seems to be a new shoot on the right side of the picture.

Actually there are definitely pests….when I zoom in it’s those little white spots. I’d put it in the shower to rinse it all off, be sure to get the undersides. Then douse it in Captain Jack Deadbug brew

Does neem oil achieve the same thing as the dead bug brew? I have some of that and put it on the soil every week or so.

Sort of……..pests can easily become resistant to Neem Oil. It’s more of a preventative measure. You have an active infestation, hence the need for something stronger
