Hey guys, I’ve been seeing this new light yellowish stalk(?) forming on the side of one my newest leaves. As you can see in the photo there’s a brown spot and the bottom part is yellowing also. I don’t think I’ve seen this before, should I be concerned? Thank you for any help or advice! 🍃
It seems to be getting some kind of variegation, and turning white! (I think)

1 j'aime It’s not a bad thing! The only thing is, the white tissue cannot collect sun. But it means it’s doing good, I believe!

I would not be concerned. Some of mine do this when a new leaf grows from within that stem, but it’s just part of their natural process. 🌿
