    As long as the ties are not tight then yes essentially think of it as a bracelet not tight but supportive. All that you may struggle with is the kind of moss pole so your just going to wanna be mindful of this and moisture as it’s not gonna be so easy at times.

    unfortunately it looks like you’ve placed the pole on the wrong side of the plant. monstera deliciosa have a “back” where the roots grow and a “front” where the leaves come from, this is the side you’ve tied your plant to the pole. for it to grow up properly and not twisted you might want to switch it so the aerial roots point towards the pole
