In need of a moss pole, but wasn’t sure if it would be best to make one myself or just buy one made. Advice?

    I’ve a cedar plank used a bunch and it works good. I’m going to go that route otherwise I’d just buy one off Amazon.

    Making yourself is more expensive, but it’s a good choice if you are going to need to make MANY poles in the future. If it’s just one or two that you need, then check out amazon

    the price per pole works out significantly cheaper if you make them yourself, i definitely recommend it if you have several climbing plants

    That vine stalk coming up straight from the middle is so impressive!! It’s almost perfectly balanced
