Does anyone know what determines the number of holes in a leaf, or if more or less holes is indicative of anything with respect to the health of the plant? My plant has some leaves with 6 holes, others with only one, and everything in between, so I’m just curious. Thanks!

The happier it is, the more there will be. Typically more bright indirect light and increased humidity

As well as something to climb so it feels supported ❤️

Light light light! ☀️Give him great light and he’ll want to develop more fenestrations to give light to their leaf buddies underneath them!

Thanks for your responses everyone! I’ve got my plant near a window that gets all day indirect light, and I open it periodically to let in some humid air. I’ve also taken it into the bathroom while showering for even more humidity. I’m getting pretty good new growth, we’ll see if they have more holes!
