Need help with my baby monstera. It rooted in water almost a year and just potted it about 6 weeks ago and it’s lost a few leaves. 😩 Any suggestions?

RikkaySmaller pot the pot should only be an inch to and inch and a half bigger than the sum of the roots. Also make sure your plant can see a vast majority of the sky from where you’re placing it
