HELP! My monstera is dying. I think. She was a gift. She’s turning yellow and her leaves are just falling with no structure. Should i cut the whole stem with leaf?

The leaf damage in the photo and the fact that you describe the leaves as feeling flimsy makes me think that this might be a thrips infestation. If you’re able to spot very tiny bugs then it’s definitely thrips, but I’ve had cases where I could barely spot any thrips even though all the symptoms were there. Regularly and thoroughly spraying it with insecticidal soap (especially the underside of the leaves) over the course of a few weeks could help!

Tiny bugs as in like little white dots? I know they aren’t spider mites i have been using neem oil since the other leaf had/has scales 😭 this monstera is giving me a huge headache.

I also was told a way to kill them quicker was with 70% alcohol, it has been working. I do it every other day.

Definitely thrips. Keep treating the leaves every 2-3 days (they lay their eggs in the leaf tissue, the little white specks are larvae) and if you can, also treat the soil with mosquito bits since part of their lifecycle is spent in the soil
