Hi, I got this in January just with the three bottom leaves, and it has grown all the other leaves in the past 6 months. It was labelled as a monstera deliciosa but i’m starting to think it might be a raphidophora tetrasperma or mini monstera as the leaves aren’t really growing in size and keeping the same level of fenestrations. Any ideas?

I have the same plant it was sold as a “mini monsters” and I’ve been side eyeing it this whole time, like you are in disguise sir. It has grown very rapidly and bushy and beautiful, but I just didn’t trust that it was a Monstera because I have three others who don’t look this way. What’s the deal with these shenanigans? Why are places lying about what kind of plant it is lol

Now i know it’s not a monstera i’m tempted to display it different to how i am now, although not sure how i’d go about that

I’m fairly new to (successful) plant life but over the past couple of months I’ve studied like a scholar lol. So I can’t give a lot of informed advice but I know this thing has exploded with growth in a short time in bright direct and indirect light. The window it’s near is west facing and gets direct sun late in the afternoon. The climbing part that’s against the wall is curved because it was on a plant shelf and started growing out and around toward the next level. I think I’m going to keep it where it is and just let it climb the wall? I’m hoping it stays against the corner and doesn’t need a stake… Idk if any of that helps :)

Is this a younger plant or do you keep it trimmed for fullness?
