Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong with my monstera I’m new to plants, all the leaves are curled in. Open to any suggestions, I think it might be root rot but honestly what do I know

They could be trying to get more light. Mine has one that is currently pointing straight up to get more sun that was facing backward. It also has spread it wings since it has realized it’s in a wider home! My zebrina has turned a few leaves around so they get sun too. It’s also recommended to rotate plants so all parts get equal sun if able. Moss pole as well for support!

Yep likely around not enough light. The way the leaves haven’t been growing holes and have grown as full leaves indicates an issue too - usually around light or under watering, possibly under fertilising it too. Wipe the leaves so they can absorb as much light as possible and make sure you are watering whenever it needs it!

Do you suggest a second grow light? I just don’t have good lighting in the house in general

Or a stand so it’s not on the floor. Doesn’t have to have direct sun. Bright light is fine.

Yep think that could be best, but if you think it could be the other things then maybe play around with that first to save yourself a bit of money haha, if it’s light it won’t be hurting the plant really just affecting it’s growth so it’s not urgent. But if you think it’s root rot always have a look to check so it doesn’t get worse :)
