can anyone suggest best way to deal with aerial roots? can I just leave them, or should I get moss poles?

It’s completely up to you! By using moss poles you will encourage it to grow taller, however some people prefer the bushier look. Either way the plant will be fine😊

Monstera like to climb so adding a moss pole can be great if you want a taller plant and bigger leaves but not necessary! If you want you can put the aerial roots down into the planting medium and they will grow an underground root system. Otherwise just leave them as they are it’s up to you!

If they are closer to the soil I typically just push them down and add a little soil over the top to build my roots. Sometimes I like to leave it out when it's higher up the plant because it looks rad when it vines out.
