Open to tips and recommendations. Hope to eventually have this beauty reach the ceiling and bigger leafs… Thoughts?

    You could utilize moss poles so it can climb and the aerial roots get used. It will be tough since that one is already growing in all different directions so finding the "front" and "back" of each plant will likely mean you have multiple. Personally I would chop a 2 leaf cutting and root it in water, then repot with a moss pole so the back side (aerial root side) can face the moss pole and you can secure it so it will grow nice and tall with big leaves. You will be sacrificing the bushy look though.
