Someone help my monstera has been getting these black spots. I water its once a week because in arizona the soil dries out very quickly. I think it might be Miracle-Gro indoor plant food but i dont really know.

    I had the same thing happen….. it’s from overwatering And sunburn. Did you have it outside or in sun that reflected on that spot. I took sterilized shears and cut the black out. It leaves a hole that the ends get brown( around cutting)where you cut, but wait and leaf will perk up!! Get a water monitor. Water letting it drain but not sitting in water. I also live in Az

      Also wanted to say this particular plant doesn’t need to be fertilized. If you do Amazon sells a liquid for this kind of Montera. I only us it in water can 1/4 teaspoon every 7 weeks back off in winter
