Iā€™ve just bought a grow light for my monstera. Does this positioning look okay? Will the light get to all of the leaves? The cable wonā€™t stretch any further, but I could get an extension.

    I donā€™t have any experience with grow lights, but I know that monsteras like their leaves to be facing the Sun. Not sure if that is the same for a grow light or not?

      I figured that it would stretch its leaves towards the light source a bit, as itā€™s currently leaning towards the window. So hopefully grow up instead of out.

      Thatā€™s an interesting technique! Youā€™ll have to let me know if that works! lol btw, do grow lights make the energy bill go up a lot? Iā€™ve dragged my feet on getting one but Iā€™m starting to consider it more.

    I use one that has a floor stand and 4 bendable arms for my monstera. Around $30 on amazon

      I saw some like that but I wanted to be a bit more subtle šŸ˜‚ But if the plant needs more light, it needs more light!

      I hear you! Now I have this big stand light in front of a bunch of plants in one room. I got use to it and look right past it but people that come over ask what the hell is that? lol
