Got this baby at my local grocery store for $20! What the heck should I do with her?? She’s all roots, hardly any soil. I want to re pot and add some support, any advice is welcome!

Definitely wait at least a week to repot her. Don’t go up more than 2 inches in pot size and make sure it has drainage. I’ve seen many people use wooden planks as support. Good luck!

be mindful that monstera deliciosa have a “front” where the leaves grow and a “back” where the roots grow, and most big box store monstera are many different plants thrown haphazardly into a pot to make it appear full. you may have to shake off the soil and rearrange the stems so they grow up your support more fluidly when it’s time to repot. good luck!

It also might be several plants in one pot.

My monstera loves it’s pot. I reported asap. Because mine was also like that. I also added the moss pole for support.
