Unfortunately all I can tell you is good luck. I have 7 monsteras and have dealt with this quite frequently. You just have to have patience and keep trying. I would also say get a small chopstick and use it to break up the soil. And be prepared to lose roots, it’s okay, the plant has more than enough of them.

Thank you!! I really appreciate it, and 7 Monsteras that’s awesome! Any particular reason my leaves are droopy or is that typical for a rescue plant for the first few days? And are fenestrations developed after the leaf or is it grown with the fenestration itself?🥺 I’m a total newbie

Yes they usually are pretty droopy when you rescue them and also when you repot them. Fenestrations develop as the leaf matures! You got this!!
1 likekeep in mind losing some roots will just stimulate more growth and i think a rootbound repot is ok. just move it to a bigger pot with soil and it should grow into it- no need to untangle!
